What it costs as you grow
Otjetu charges a flat monthly fee per plan. Most HR & payroll systems charge for every employee, every month — so their bill climbs with your headcount and ours doesn't.
Comparison uses N$48 per employee per month, a published rate for HR + payroll from a Namibian competitor. Otjetu figures include extra-employee charges above your plan's limit. Both exclude VAT.

Prepay longer, save more
The discount applies to your base plan fee. Extra-employee charges are never discounted — they're billed on the headcount you actually have.
Pay by EFT
Otjetu invoices you for the term and plan you choose; pay it by bank transfer using the reference on your invoice.
